Do I pay when I send a request?

No. Sending a request reserves nothing and costs nothing. We first confirm the domain is still free and the price is unchanged, then send you payment details. Your domain is registered once payment is confirmed.

How long does registration take?

Most domains are registered within a few hours of payment during business hours. Some country extensions take longer because their registry reviews each request.

Who owns the domain?

You do. We register it with the owner details you give us in the request form, so make sure the name and email are correct.

What happens if the domain gets taken before I pay?

Availability is checked live, but names can be registered by someone else at any moment. If that happens, we contact you to choose another name or refund you in full if you already paid.

How do renewals work?
